Technology is becoming increasingly woven into every aspect of our lives, including personal, professional, and communal spheres. Like any powerful tool, it holds a dual potential to heal or harm, to connect or divide. As we move through an era of accelerating digital integration, understanding the environmental, social, and physiological impacts of technology is not just valuable, it is essential.
This self-directed course is inspired by Tech in Transition, a series hosted by Overgang oefenen. This course brings togetherbite-sized practices and perspectives. Throughout, you will find discussion prompts and invitations for real-life experiments exploring technology through different lenses, including our bodies, our psychological relationships, and the practical application of ethical tech within organizations. At its core, the series asked a guiding question: how can we engage with technology in ways that are healthy and life-affirming for both humans and the more-than-human world?
