Moving to a Core Group

Often the initiating group evolves into a supportive core group which provides ‘services’ to Seed Projects and Theme Groups.  The core group often takes on new roles like: coordinating activities to avoid clashes and duplication; looking for synergies and opportunities; developing a guiding strategy that works for all; taking care of the well being of the whole.
