How to Get and Keep People Involved
This guide offers insights and ideas on how to get people interested in your project, onboard them, and engage them in activities; while also looking out for group dynamics. Each group needs people. The challenge is to find them, welcome them, and keep them involved. Doing this well at the start can make your project easier in the long term, as you will keep current members involved, as well as engaging new people.
