Group Agreements
Groups can create their own agreements for how to work together effectively and respectfully. The transition from a collection of disconnected individuals toward a group with shared agreements typically involves looking at some questions. The process of answering these questions can help a group to transition toward a shared understanding of group culture: who group members are, what is expected of them, appropriate group behaviour and conduct, and good processes for getting tasks done. Such agreements can ideally support everyone involved and help the group achieve its aims.
