Cultivating Just Transition Facilitation Guide

Approaching this learning collectively…

We cannot do the work of Just Transition alone. And so, collective and community learning around is essential if we are to successfully weave the work of justice and equity into our Transition activities and group orientation. 

We created a practice circles facilitation guide that can offer a supportive framework for such collective learning. This active process helps us dig deeper into our understandings and learning to bring it closer to our own context. Practice circle can help surface challenges and tensions and offer a container to collectively work through these big knotty questions.
