Cultivating compassion for challenging behaviour may include things which at first seem difficult, like conversations or conflicts which may feel uncomfortable. Navigating discomfort is often part of any kind of transition, and cultivating compassion is about gradually getting better at turning towards discomfort with curiosity, humility, and courage.
