Building Trust: Creating Connective Containers
Groups are more effective when people trust each other. Several practices, processes, and cultural elements can be involved in creating ‘connective containers’ which allow groups to feel more trust and connection. Connective containers ideally allow the human nervous system to relax toward a baseline of social engagement, so people can more vulnerably open up and connect with themselves, with each other, and with the world.
