Burnout to Balance: Doing and Being
Humans naturally move between periods of Doing and Being; activity and rest; spending energy and replenishing; learning and integrating. Both are important; too much of either one can be problematic. Balancing work and well-being is a central aspect of a transition in group culture. How things get done is as important as what things get done.
